Please select the device you're using from the options below to install the proper remote assistant program
- Download the Windows installer here
- Open the downloaded program (It may be in your Downloads folder)
- When the program loads, give your technician the 9-digit code for remote troubleshooting
- When you are ready to end the support session, quit the program
- This will close the program and the technician will not be able to access your computer
- If you do not wish to keep the program on your computer, you can delete the downloaded program
- No additional steps are provided as this program does not save any additional components to your computer
